Communiweb trains people in three ways:
Firstly, via our partnership with learndirect, we offer courses in three areas:

IT - Including stand alone courses covering the MS Office components, ECDL and NVQ.
Basic Skills - Including the ability for learners to brush up their English & Maths skills, maybe to enhance their work or promotion prospects, or to help their child with their homework, and obtain City & Guilds certification.

Certification for all learndirect courses successfully passed is provided. We offer ECDL courses and testing, and City & Guilds National Certificates in Adult Numeracy and Literacy, together with various NVQs at all our centres.

NVQs available currently are:

IT (ITQ), Customer Service, Health & Social Care, Administration, Retail and Hospitality.

Courses to meet the demands of modern business.

Many of the learndirect courses are either fully or partly government funded, with low fees being payable by the student. learndirect courses start hourly, NOT by term, so enrolment is continuous. The courses can be studied at any broadband equipped computer, so are fully flexible and fit in with work demands.

Through learndirect, we are able to offer courses, free of charge, to improve adult numeracy or literacy. These courses lead to the City & Guilds National Adult Literacy and/or Numeracy Qualifications.
