Information, Advice and Guidance

At Communiweb, we offer an Information, Advice and Guidance service, free of charge, to anyone.

Our IAG service can include:

  • An induction into our IAG service
  • Information and advice about the courses we offer
  • Information about other local training providers
  • Signposting or referring to other local training providers
  • Providing you with a list of websites that you might find useful (some of these are listed below)
  • Referring you to other IAG services

If you’re interested in a particular aspect of IAG that is not listed above – don’t panic. We might not offer that facility ourselves, but we’re sure to know who does and we can put you in touch – it’s all part of our service.

We will always do our best to give you the information, advice and guidance that you need.

If you would like to take advantage of our service, you can do it in several ways.

  • Pop in to your local centre at any time – see Contact Us for your local   centre’s opening hours.
  • Call your local centre to make an appointment – see Contact Us for your local centre’s telephone number.
  • Call 0845 2260 259 for a telephone IAG service
